Established in 1991 our operation has evolved from a fleet of a dozen vehicles to over 150 comprising of executive saloons, saloon and estate cars, MPVs and 8 seater minibuses. This growth is due to our dedication to customer service which is reflected in our attitude to you, our customer.
Only smart and courteous drivers are allowed the privilege of working for Hawk Express Cabs as are our highly trained office staff. All vehicles and drivers are licensed by Ipswich Borough Council to ensure these high standards are maintained.
High levels of service are enhanced with the use of highly integrated computer technology. All bookings are entered into our booking and despatch system and your job details are sent securely to our drivers using an advanced voice-less data system. Drivers can even warn you of their impending arrival through the use of our CallBack or TextBack facility which links the data system to your telephone line.
