Our TextBack and CallBack service informs you that your vehicle is on it’s way. With our TextBack service we will text you once your booking has been entered in our system. This enables you to confirm that we have the correct details for your booking. You will know which vehicle you are looking out for with the make, model and registration number sent to your phone. In the unlikely event that our driver could not find you, we will text you so you can re-order you cab if needed.
Our town centre office is convenient for when you are out shopping during the day or having fun at night. We have 2 staff members on the door at the weekends insuring your safety and informing you when your vehicle has arrived.
Our state of the art computer system tracks all vehicles so we can inform you where your vehicle is at any given time. If you are a regular customer, your pick up details are linked to your phone number so when you call us the most used pick up address is displayed to speed up your booking.
