Disabled Customer Transport

Hawk Express Cabs welcomes any customer who has a disability. We have vehicles and services in place to accommodate nearly all disabilities and our drivers and staff are always willing to help out when needed.

Wheelchair Taxis

We have recently invested heavily in 3 brand new wheelchair friendly vehicles to transport wheelchair bound customers. As well as these new wheelchair accessible taxis we also have London style taxis capable of transporting wheelchair customers. This enables us to offer a reliable service to our customers who require to be transported whilst in their wheelchair. If you require a wheelchair accessible taxi to hire, please call us on 01473 222222 and speak to one of our professional telephonists who will be happy to help you make a booking. Alternatively select a wheelchair vehicle as a vehicle type when booking online. If you would prefer to be transported in a standard vehicle, please advise us that you have a wheelchair so our driver is ready to help if needed.

Hearing and Speech Impaired

We offer services that enable people with hearing and speech difficulties to order their cab quickly and easily. Our Text Booking service enables customers to order their cab from up to 10 pre defined locations without having to speak or listen on the phone. We also offer an Online Booking service that enables customers to pre order their cab on a computer to and from any destination.

Visually Impaired

Our patient drivers and staff are happy and willing to help visually impaired customers to and from the vehicle if needed. If you require any assistance just inform our telephonists when making a booking.

Elderly and the Infirm

All our drivers and staff are happy to help in any way they can. Whether you need help in and out of the vehicle, help with your seat belt or to carry you’re shopping in and out of the vehicle just let us know.
